While maintaining our dashboards on the job, I noticed something no one else had really explored: could a broker’s deal count impact their performance? That question became the spark for building this project that not only reveal the answer but also make it easy to act on the insights.
The Broker Picker Dashboard takes it a step further, turning analysis into action. By simply setting the slicer to this week’s current deal count, you can instantly spot the top-performing brokers. Their icons scale in size with their conversion rate, and as they grow, it feels like the brokers are walking right towards you, making it visually obvious who is leading the pack.
